The International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (CIPSH) – UG Legon Chair is pleased to announce its inaugural symposium, under the theme: “Linguistic and Cultural Notions for Promoting Biodiversity in Africa.” The symposium will explore the critical role of language, literature, and culture—key pillars of the humanities—in advancing biodiversity conservation. This landmark event also marks the official launch of the CIPSH Chair at UG Legon and celebrates the 75th Anniversary of CIPSH, highlighting its enduring commitment to advancing global humanistic studies.
